Ocean Rock Development B.V. was founded in 2025 by director Adriaan Smit, a real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in the development and realization of high-quality real estate projects in the Caribbean, and Patrick Sarton, an experienced Dutch entrepreneur with a passion for quality and the Caribbean region.
As part of a strong network, Ocean Rock Development is closely connected with Sun Life Real Estate Curaçao and Sun Life Real Estate Dominican Republic. These strategic partnerships enable us to offer our clients the best in real estate development, sales and rentals on two of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean.
